This is a cylindrical phantom, designed for signal-to-noise measurements in all three gradient directions.

We can provide your SNR test object with an appropriate amount of loading to mimic the typical adult head.

This means that the quality factor of the head coil with the test object in place is equal to that obtained with a patient's head in the coil.

We achieve this through careful adjustment of the conductivity of the test object's solution.

Note:
For low- to mid-field systems, the SNR test object is also suitable for measuring Uniformity. For higher-field systems, we recommend using an oil-filled Uniformity test object.
