The loading annulus is filled with saline. It is designed to fit inside head and body coils and take MagNET's SNR/Uniformity test objects.

The loading annulus mimics the coil-loading provided by a human subject.

Note:
We can now supply our SNR test objects ready-loaded. Using such test objects does not require the use of a loading annulus.

The Loading Annulus is not suitable for use on all scanners. Please contact us for further information.
